There is a country night on a Sunday and the people that run it (Beryl and Bob) have made us very welcome. They work so hard getting good artists every week to entertain us. They do a lot for charity and always have a lovely smile to greet you on your arrival.

Very friendly staff and I would imagine that it would normally be a great place for a party but on my visit the air conditioning was not working and it was extremely hot in the upper room. Many people I saw were going outside, in the rain sometimes, just to get some fresh air. I did enjoy my time there apart from the excessive heat.

Usual layout for the type of club. Has snooker room, four decent tables as I recall, and a couple of large function rooms for events. Drinks cheaper than your usual pubs. Carling Premier on tap. Should relax visitor entry rules when quiet if want the business.

Lovely friendly club with 2 acts they do 3/4hour each then they do the raffle and open the box then the 3 acts are on again for 45 minster each bar is open on till 12pm what more do you want for £3.00 each great night tonight

It is good to see more people using The Club, and each Saturday numbers are increasing. The new stewards are working proactively to encourage new customers. The Club is adhering to social distancing guidelines and live entertainment is commencing again on Wednesday 19 August. With Saturday live entertainment to follow soon. Well done OOS&S Club for riding the coronavirus storm.
