There for a wedding reception. Room is big with plenty of seating. Bar staff were really good nevr had to wait to get a drink. Very reasonably priced too.

A working men's club - but quite a nice one. Two large bars on ground floor very large & plenty of room & another large area & a bar. Good for socialisng & family gatherings.

The 2 girls running the club today was outstanding, they couldn't do enough to help, even getting me a bigger cup, they was very friendly , today we had my friends wake here, lovely clean club and you could never moan about the beer prices, recommend the club to everyone, thank you girls

A quiet relaxed friendly environment where you can enjoy a couple of drinks. Cheap entry or membership card. Well kept snooker tables in a separate room where you can focus on your game and learn from other people. The snooker tables were my favourite room and where I enjoyed spending my time. Sandwiches scratchings available behind the bar. Drinks are reasonably priced and the inclusive community feeling here is what keeps bringing me back.

We were there for my sons 40th birthday party. A really nice place, very clean. The DJ and music were fabulous. Unfortunately there were 2 things that they could improve on and I'm sure it would help the club. They only sold miniature bottles of prosecco wine, which was disappointing. Secondly and most importantly, the young girl behind the bar, was miserable, obviously didn't want to be there, and spoiled it slightly, no smiles, so 2 out of 10 for service. We were not the only ones to comment on her sad service. If you work with the public and it's a celebration, don't spoil it for others. She let that nice club down badly. I suggest retraining on the art if customer service. The club it self was fabulous. Lastly, the guy in the kiosk was asked where the party was as we had never been before, he dud a kiosk Keith, just pointed his finger upstairs. How rude. Apart from that the night was a great success. Lovely club. Thank you.

Decent place. Nice people and a friendly atmosphere. I'm actually thinking about joining. One concern. The phone pick up is poor and in an eventual emergency possibly, you would not be able to contact anybody! But it is a nice family place.

Went to a 40th birthday party at this club. We had a fab night, staff were brilliant and directed us upstairs to the party, bar staff were efficient and polite and drinks were reasonably priced. The kitchen looked small but clean and the food was enjoyable. Curry goat and salmon was the best i've ever tasted. Music great too..l would recommend this venue which has a large car park.

This social club is more like a massive upmarket pub with its massive very comfortable lounge, the bar is more like a lounge, sky sport on, a pint of lager £2.75 and mean crusty cheese and onion cobs, it also has high class tribute acts in the massive concert room on the first floor, to Join it costs about £22.50 and then about £7.00 per year, well worth it
