S. M.Thought this place would be as awful as it used to be . However I take back that thought. We were greeted by a security officer and a receptionist called Mel .. Whilst waiting I observed how helpful and supportive these two guys were to members of public who were obviously in difficult situation . We need more people like these two .
P. S.This was the first time I had been here and I had been asked to go in. Even though I did not have an appointment. All the staff were most helpful. The gentleman on the door even went and got me a chair as he could see I was struggling to stand. The place was nice and clean. You can pay your rent in here at the desk at the back. Computers are available for you to use for information about housing. I could not fault them at all.
