J. H.I think the place has got new owners and the place could do with a bit of upgrading but after the last few years so could most , everyone had a good time and the staff were good , I'd recommend having a party there .

Had a brilliant day. Bar staff were/are friendly, polite. Tidy/clean.
The landlady Jo and her husband Matt, were very welcoming and friendly. Made you feel like you'd been there before.
Function room big. Great for any kind of event. Has its own smoking area.
We will definitely be back and definitely at sometime hire the function room. 😊

B.My favorite place in erdington pool darts football and really good value for beer locals are a tight bunch but I went in there for the first time wearing my COVENTRY city top to watch the GAME and even though I was surrounded by villa fans not once did I feel like I shouldn't of been there matt the owner and the staff go out of the way to make you feel comfortable like a proper old pub used to be friendly locals and I mean friendly not fake in fact I was asked to sign up to the darts team. If you want a nice place to chill this is by far the best place and I know what its like to walk into a new place but before you finish your first drink you will either be playing pool with everyone or darts and the jukebox is crammed and good value
