I was recommended Umbrella Housing Ltd by a friend many years ago. It was the best thing that I did. The properties are maintained at ahigh level for tenants with brand new furniture. Costs were minimal and rent is paid on time, hassle free. I have leased properties to Umbrella Housing for several years. They are very professional and the properties are well kept. Great service!

I stayed at a property managed by Umbrella Housing. They supported me with my move from my previous accommodation. The property was in good condition and fully furnished. The support worker assigned to me help me get back on my feet. My experience has been very positive.

I moved into umbrella housing about a month ago,after living in one of there shared houses for about a month and feeling frustrated about the high price on rent if you worked I finally found a support worker who generally cared about the tenants and there well being,after explaining to (mother theresea) theresea that I wanted to work and was a bit frustrated with the way other housemates treated the property she immediately gave me the support and advice I was looking for,she informed me she had other properties available where I would be able to gain employment and the houses were much more comfortable and quiet!I politely replied I’d love for you to move me into one of these properties,two days later (on a Sunday may I add) when most support workers don’t work weekends,theresea text me to arrange to move the next day 😊she was fantastic!she helped me move!and settle in!and meet house mates!she helped me find local shops when she moved me in as well,and gave me key knowledge and advice to the area I now call my home!theresea has also liased with me to help me finding meaningful employment making a cv and general lifestyle decisions and advice!she is honestly as I say “mother theresea!” So I’d like to pay tribute to one of Birmingham’s finest and best support workers who go the extra mile!by far the best support I’ve ever seen,from helping me with life goals to careers to personal issues theresea has been 10/10!I only hope her employer takes notice on her fantastic efforts and communication skills along with professional manners!to be honest she had totally turned my life from rubbish to a life which I could only dream off! Please please hire more ladies like theresea!😊thank you!

I am currently staying in a property in Cecil road. When i moved to erdington I was warie about the area and the support worker helped me through it Anything that needs doing the support workers are on it! The staff are absolutely lovely they help you when you need them! The support workers with umbrella housing Are really help full there are there when you need them they are only one call away

Umbrella is a good company for people that need a safe place to stay and support me and my partner moved with umbrella in July i suffer with mental health issues and in our opinion the best bit about the company is Teresa she has become a friend and is absolutley amazing with me she listens and understands and no matter the time of day she is always there to answer my calls if you need her, the support she gives is above and beyond the normal and the way she carrys herself is second to none, any problems she will do her best to support you or get you the support you need after living with umbrella for a few months we left due to personal reasons and febuary we are now back in another property and that is down to Teresa also I want to say that the maintenance team is absolutley brilliant aswell no disrespect to anyone becuase your all amazing but Shaq and Tony are brilliant thank you umbrella and a massive thank you to Teresa.

As their furniture supplier we are very please to see how they look after their tenants by changing and getting new furniture in for any situation. And not like other companies that always aim to get cheap as possible.
