Collected our new kitten just under a week ago.
Everything explain through paperwork and phone calls as well as in person.
Was aware of all required needs for flora before we collected her and took her to her new home.

Great staff, super friendly looked after my cat after someone thought he was lost and picked him up.. Didn't judge me with his flea allergy or his wandering, gave great advice.

We sadly, due to illness, had to re-home mam's cat and Cats Protection at Bryncethin were brilliant. The staff there are amazingly friendly, welcoming and professional. You can feel the love they all have for the animals that come into their care. Many thanks to all the team there for making a very difficult decision far less painful. I'm sure he's in good hands with you.

Amazing place with people who really care about the cats. It is clean and the staff are kind and knowledgeable, they really want the cats to go to the right home. The adoption process is detailed and thorough and the staff are helpful, giving follow up calls to check on your new cat! I got my lovely boy Snowy from here, he is settling in great. Thank you so much for your support and the work you do helping cats, they are so lucky to have you. The pens aren’t massive but they are clean and warm and safe, and it probably allows them to look after as many cats as possible. The cats have a little area to go outside in the back too. I think it’s good they aren’t having visitors now randomly because it could be stressful for the cats I think, and the homing process still allows you to meet your cat before adopting him/her if you want to which is what we did🐱🤍❄️
