P. P.A very professional, welcoming and friendly MMA gym. Great training, love training here. I'm not a competitive fighter, but I still feel very welcomed and there are fighters at all levels so beginners don't feel out of place. Would recommend it to parents as my 7 year old son also trains here and loves being a part of the ground zero set up.
L. B.Bit confused with getting in, once through the gate and also getting back out, there is a code for the gate and door. Everyone here was friendly, professional, supportive and experienced. Great explanation of what I was being coached to do and the reasons why we are doing the things we are doing. I left after my first session completely buzzing with excitement and looking forward to my next session. I felt safer after my first session. I couldn't go back for the second session due to lock-down but once we were back to almost normal I started the self-defence class again and I am loving it, got my kit and now my partner has joined the class with me. Hand sanitiser by the door on way up, more on the top of the stairs.
J. N.Awesome place to learn martial arts from knowledgable and skilled instructors. You can train with people of all different skill levels from beginners to experienced fighters. There’s a friendly atmosphere and everyone is welcome. I’m looking forward to when my kids are old eunough to train here as well
