Have always helped my father when it's been needed (a lot better exspereinces here than MAPS). Was perfect about 3 years back but for some reason the staff seem to be very limited to what they can do now. It seems they probably don't have as much power as they used to to help to the full potential like when we first used the service which is ashame. They have helped us through a lot though which I'm happy with.
