M. K.Im new to this class but I really love it. Always leave feeling energised and powerful (and sweaty). Howard is a fantastic teacher, so encouraging and I really appreciate how he gives you a little bit more technique to work on each week so you can really feeling yourself learning. Can’t recommend enough, so much fun!
