Hired for a confirmation party on a Saturday afternoon. Room was a good size for my family group. Food was provided by a contact from the club and very good value. Would use again. Only problem was the bar person in the room didn't seem very experienced but there were other bars we could use

Booked a room for my daughter to have our grandchild christened. Very reasonable rates for hiring the room £50 for 3 hrs. There was also a £100 deposit returned after the event finished to cover damages. The bar staff were excellent and could not do enough to make sure everything went smoothly. Prices of drinks were very cheap and would strongly recommend this club as an excellent venue for any type of celebration you want to hold.

Decent if you want a good size hall and have a bunch of completely undemanding patrons with bad taste. The beer on offer was terrible. Not all lager drinkers like the filth that is Carling and that is all this place had to offer or maybe the muck Fosters too. Will not return due to the ignorance shown towards lager drinkers who just want a decent lager and won't start fighting after they've had a few.

I rented your Alex room for my wifes 50th Birthday party on Friday 17th August. A great time had by all. Great location, friendly staff and the buffet was amazing. Great value for money. DJ a little limited when asked for requests but everyone still enjoyed the music . Many of our family and friends were only able to attend if they could bring younger members of the family. It was only on arrival we were told of your 10pm curfew for children. Some of our friends came from Caerphilly and had to phone the coach driver to come back over an hour early. If we had known in advance this could have been avoided. All in all a great night had by everyone.
