I joined the club in 2009 to train as an Ocean Diver. Since then I have enjoyed many visits to UK and overseas diving sites. I also enjoy the camaraderie and regular social gatherings that we have. I am still progressing my training which the club keenly supports.

I joined Cardiff BSAC in 2016 and they taught me to dive in advance of a trip to Australia. Learning to dive with them is different to the experience you’ll get with a commercial organisation - they are volunteering their time and really invested in making sure you are a safe and ready at all stages of learning. I gained amazing friends joining Cardiff BSAC and since 2016 I’ve had been on more diving trips than I can remember, both in the UK and overseas. The guys at Cardiff BSAC are a great bunch and I’d recommend them wholeheartedly to both new and experienced divers.

A smashing diving branch with a great training ethos. Sadly last year with cancelled diving holidays and many cancelled trips, everything has fallen behind schedule. Hopefully this year will bring greater things.
