R. G.Thank you so much for letting us stay. Was a lifeline whilst our son was in the NICU. Just over the road, friendly staff, excellent facilities and easy access. The only downside was the very loud fire alarm test every tuesday morning! Ronald McDonald house made the very difficult time with our newborn so much better and stress free, so thank you to all involved.
A. R.This is a fantastic charity who help provide accommodation and a safe space for families with children in hospital. If you get a chance to put some money in a charity box at McDonald's then do it. It all goes to a fantastic cause and had been a massive support to our family
S. O.This place is invaluable for parents of ill children in hospital. It allows you to stay only a few feet from the hospital entrance so that you are only a few short minutes from your child if there is a change in their condition. The charity provides accommodation for parents who may live a long distance from the hospital (for us it was 65 miles from home). Without the accommodation they provided we would have either had to spend £50 a night b&b / driven 130 miles a day / slept on the ward with no facilities for a shower or to wash our clothes. The staff are also incredibly approachable and understanding. They genuinely care.

Having a child in hospital is very stressful, but McD's house is giving us somewhere close by so we can rest, or be back on the ward at a moment's notice and it can be good sharing with other parents in a similar position. The staff are sensitive and caring, always ready to help, and the accommodation is clean, spacious and well equipped. Negative points? There honestly aren't any. Simply amazing.

m.Our daughter was rushed into hospital from Morriston in Swansea to Noah's Ark in Cardiff where she has been in a critical condition we had nowhere to stay and Noah's Ark told us about Ronald McDonald's house which is located opposite £25 for the keys we could stay there for as long as as our daughter was in hospital an extremely clean place to stay staff are very friendly and there is always someone to talk to if you need advice or just a friendly chat the house is purely ran on donations and charities I also urge anybody who has to stay in the house to please give whatever you can to keep this wonderful house up and running thank you xx
P.s I forgot to mention waffles on a Wednesday very very delicious homemade waffles are literally just the best lol x
