Relaxing and enjoyable, very inclusive and non-threatening. Encouraged people to express and communicate. The various activities were well paced, and each created a foundation for the next. I am encouraged to put my own ideas into the workshop which helps me get involved with the other members in the group. I like music and art, Inspirative Arts are truly professionals in art therapies. They help you release stress and find the way to your wellbeing.

Inspirative Arts are leading the way in Creative and Therapeutic workshops. They not only look at the individual but everything around them - other people, the environment, and the interactions that individuals experience. They work with individuals of all ages and abilities using Creative Expressive Therapies to improve their well-being, and begun their stronghold in the sector through assisting people with learning difficulties. This has developed into a varied client base, as well as offering training & development workshops for care staff. It is this view of developing every aspect around the individual that makes the company unique, and their passion comes across strongly in everything they do - I know from experiencing a workshop myself! Highly recommend the Inspirative Arts team and in particular would love to see them more and more in the training field with care home staff - it is vital for these employees to understand the true needs of their clients.
