I and a few friends and family went for Meat Loaf and More. It was a great night of entertainment. The venue has a large car park to the back of the venue which has plenty of space. Disabled access is good with the function room being on the ground floor. The bar still has social distancing measures; ordering at one end and collecting your order at the other. Overall a very enjoyable pub with good entertainment, give it a try if you are in the area.

I recently hosted my mums 90th birthday here on Sunday 1-5pm.. The room was lovely the staff were very polite and helpful nothing was too much trouble. We were able to access the room before hand to decorate it and lay the buffet out before our guests arrived..We will definitely be booking this room again for future functions.. Highly recommend it.. Thankyou.

Brought new year in here this year. Paid ten pounds for a ticket. Which covered the cost of a buffet. We had a group of 3 adults and two children. There was also a live band .of which had more breaks than entertainment for everybody. The buffet consisted of a 4 cheese and onion rolls 2 cheese triangle few ritz biscuits. 6 cocktail sausages and few square cheeses. And some pickle onions .no sandwiches there was a poor amount for saying it cost 50 pounds for 10 pounds a ticket per person .everybody said it was a poor buffet .we thought the plate was for one has this was the appearance we got .my grandchildren had to go and pay for more snacks at the bar .we all and everyone else had one small glass of champagne. Poor buffet .and band .some people left early has they were disappointed.room set up no complaints. Bar staff hard working .alot of people disgused attention presentation of buffet enough for one .not five people.. felt that it was poor effort welldone bar staff for your hard work .just ashame the landlord didn't make a effort. Poor buffet and lack of entertainment from band on new-year 2022x.

It's the old British Legion now a private member's club with a 20% discount on drinks etc with a platinum membership card cost £20 joining fee. Good artist are on Tuesday and Saturday. Large ballroom at the rear with stage ,rent it out for parties around£150 and order a basic buffet for £5 per person buffet. A well run reasonable priced club which has three real ales on most of the time, Worthington bitter is the mainstay drink of the local gentlemen. A variety of lagers are available. It's a friendly club and a good place to socialize.
