This workman's club is over two floors. The main bar area is on the ground floor, and the first floor is available for private bookings. We've attend two christenings here and the staff are polite and helpful. As well as this, the alcohol is very cheap. I paid £5.40 for a pint of Guinness and a double strawberry gin with lemonade, absolute bargain. 👍

Sadly the reason for me going to the Club was to attend a wake. But my overall impression was that the club was clean and the decor was quite good. Can't speak for the men's toilets but I was really impressed by how clean the ladies toilets were.

The name gives it away, but for those unsure, Coxhoe Club is a club in the middle of Coxhoe. Friendly atmosphere and cheap drink.
