A. S.Attend a Lindy Hop class on a Wednesday evening, the hall has ample space and a nice dance floor.
The class is excellent, well presented, fun, friendly and puts a smile on your face

M.I go there to St Aidens Church Hall, in Framwellgate Moor to the participate in the cardiovascular gym classes that are run by a team of volunteers who give their time to benefit people such as myself, who are fortunate enough to 'get a second bite of the cherry' of life. I am heartened (sorry about the pun) and humbled by their selflessness & dedication. The nurses in charge who instruct the class tolerate my uncoordinated massacre of all efforts, to instil even a sembless of dance & exercise timing. The other attendees are truly humble soles, who like myself literally owe their lives to the professionalism and determination to ensure that our lives can continue at the same or better levels of health and above all happiness. God bless you all, and thanks indeed to the church for allowing many groups, not justy own to benefit from the ability to mix with other like minded people.
