A.Heard about this service from a friend and during lockdown it was a difficult time for me and I realised to help myself I needed to seek professional help and found this service has been a massive help for me. As a student with not a ton of income, they had an affordable plan that suited my needs and can suit another's if need be.
I was not sure of counselling at first but after the first session I was comforted and each session became easier and easier to talk to the councillor and I can't give enough praise to how much this service and the people at the next chapter have helped me.
If you are not sure I say give it a shot at least 2 sessions and see where it takes you it will help you in the future.

I loved their collection of interesting self help books and got one that I've gone on to recommend to others. I love that they are also a social enterprise that helps to make counselling more accessible to people in need. An excellent wee shop and enterprise that I'd be happy to continue supporting and would encourage others to get behind as well
