I filled out the form and was contacted promptly to arrange my visit. Contractor arrived on time and was very professional. Visit took hardly any time at all. I paid and received my EPC promptly. I really have been impressed by the full process; the ladies in the office are first class to deal with and the guys who have undertaken the tests have been punctual and efficient. I cannot rate these people highly enough. Started doing our EPCs a few years ago and now handle all our EPCs, Legionella Risk Assessments and PAT testing. No upfront payment and an all round great service. Treat these people well and they will look after your needs.
