This is my housing association and has been for the past two years.
Thanks to this housing association Govanhill has been changing for the better, it is cleaner, safer and on the up.
We have been staying in one of their newly renovated flats for the past year and a half. I have no complaints. The flat is big and beautiful.
Katy, Billy and Chris are employees at Govanhill housing association and provide amazing friendly service.
Repairs can take a while and the communication in that area could be improved, but aside from that it’s a great housing associate and I would recommend it.

Most of people are friendly and helpful but explaining your point to someone can be really hard if it is not simply straightforward because you'll be told the rules and how its done but not to find a way to help you.
For appointments is generally 1 week wait (not bad in my opinion)
The structure is good.
Waiting time on appointment before you actually "start the meeting" is 5 to 15 minutes.
Receptionists are helpfull.

Who knew there's a hidden garden behind the car park?? Lovely wee remembrance section where locals can place a plaque to a deceased loved one, surrounded by plants and flowers. All run by local volunteers who encourage more folk to visit but its impossible to know its there without walking just beyond the car park as there's no sign. Highly recommended.

Friendly, bright, smart reception areas, set in a lovely building with good parking, accessibility and signage.

Maybe they should concentrate more on the problems in govanhill, instead of expanding into new areas.
