Always supportive, welcoming and do their best to help with all aspects of your life not just the substance abuse. If you think you need help with a substance issue this is the best, non-judgemental service available. Thank you CGL for the support so far and the continued support the my recovery

I'm so proud and happy of everything this company has done and still doing for my dad! If I know anyone suffering with addiction I will instantly recommend CGL to them! It's not quite over yet but Thank you for everything guys!

The staff are friendly and helpful but more importantly non judgemental while at the same time are clearly not 'do gooder' Muppets or god botherers with a subtextual agenda. The office isn't an apologetic shabby hovel where the 'undeserving poor' can grovel for charity- it's a clean brightly lit modern place with a feeling of positivity only slightly marred by the overabundance of life affirming kitten posters spouting simple minded slogans.
Most significantly it provides help and support not just for the obvious problems people go there for but also for the peripheral lifestyle choices and psychological backdrop that made you end up there.
It's LGBTQ+ friendly and judging by the ones I have met the staff would have no difficulty directing you to a good gym

This is a relaxed and informal Drug and alcohol practical help centre for people with addictions. CGL stands for Change Grow Live. Non-judgemental and walk-ins are welcome. Practical support in receiving treatment in or out of community. This is the official NHS recognized Center for Gloucester. Anybody going to their GP with addiction problems will be referred to CGL (Change Grow Live).
