Repairs are responded to very fast, staff are always very helpful and polite, couldnt ask for more, best thing i ever did was to move into a pickering and ferens bungalow

Had to do a phone interview and then send my documents in to them in to them it's easier than dropping them off as there's no post box you have to drop them off at the management office which is not sign posted and no one seems to know were it is iwas lucky i bumped into the man . The lady who did the interview was very nice and helped when choosing the areas i was eligible for.
