The service the Drs provided under GMC contract is really good. This Drs have some fantastic salaried GPs and the partners are fantastic. I would personally shout out Dr Pulford. They have had used a bad locum recently, who showed to have no empathy and referred a none Acute need to "Go to A&E", and just putting the phone down. I would recommend ensuring the locum's understand you have a moral and contractual requirement to service your patients. This isn't a moan as after speaking with one of the partners they resolved and agreed the above situation and again showed a fantastic service but we had to debate with staff to speak with Snr Partner as was not happy with what the locum had done. Would also recommend reviewing the GMC contract for Patient Facing Service due to the current and new ways of Primary Care and Covid. Particual part is online patient facing services with children proxy access. I belive the practice dont allow parents to be a proxy user for online access for children at the moment. I feel this needs to be reviewed especially for parents who have a child who has a load of medical care and have to co-ordinate other HCP care also have repeat medications routinely ordering each month. I would also recommend updating your website, you have processes to requesting medication electronically via email and other process I.e. requesting patient access when your receptionist is hidden aware from general enquiries etc but you website doesnt appear to have this detail on it. Overall this is a very good practice and fantastic clinicians.

She is very nicely spoken a calm manner very professional and knowledgable and most of all she delivers on the promises she makes. My husband is a patient at Belle Vale surgery and has been quite unwell these last few weeks and has felt he was unable to get his medication on time but thanks to the resident prescription clerk who has not only assisted my husband in receiving his medication on time but showing the empathy required to make patients feel assured in their care, especially during such a challenging time. No on-line forms to register with. You have to visit in person to complete the registration. No appointments available either. Have to call early.morning to have a chance for appointment. I'm new here so will give it the benefit of the doubt until I have experienced a few visits

Much easier to get access to a doctor than gateacre brow surgery. This new way to arrange blood tests is a bit awkward but over all can't complain

Parking is awful here but once you find somewhere, usually in Bellevale shipping centre car park the staff are great you have doctors, nurses, a dental centre, pharmacy also you can get your bloods taken here too. They hold different clinics through the week as well as support groups. The only drawback other than the parking is the fact it's only open 5 days a week including the pharmacy no weekends in any department.

My wife and I received a text message to say flu jabs had started.We rang and arranged a time to attend on Saturday morning.The Set up for covid 19 problems was first class.Dr Pulford and the support staff were exemplary.I now feel totally at ease when having to attend the Health Centre for treatment.Thank you,and keep safe.
