I studied the Diploma in L&D Management. My very knowledgeable and experienced tutor reminded me of so many great learning theories I had forgotten along the way, whilst introducing other dynamic ideas that I can use in the real world to developing successful L&D strategies. I immediately started using these in my current role as a training and development manager to improve the learning experience of all staff. This has exceeded my expectations and was money well spent.

ITOL was offering the most relevant and flexible diploma for my needs (Diploma in L&D Management), so I got in touch and signed up for the qualification.
