s. d.I first experienced sing and sign almost 5 years ago, my daughter loved the fun and singing in classes and began to sign her basic needs to me looonnng before speech developed. This was invaluable to us as a family and amazing to watch. Fast forward to now and our second child has just completed her first term at s&s (much later then her sister due to covid) but at 9 months and only 1 term she can sign more and understand when i ask her if she wants milk or a nappy change. My eldest now likes to teach her sister and is jealous every Monday when she knows were off to see Jesse and Becky(who taught both my girls) S&S truely is amazing and a skill which i am so thankful for. The fun we have had outside of class singing together, reading books, and our beloved jesse cat has given us many hours of pleasure not to mention the peace of mind that my children are able to communicate before speech. I couldn't recommend a nicer class for any new family and once you join the S&S family for yourself you will know why. Thanks you Becky xxxxx

H.My son loves his sing and sign classes with Becky, he's not one to sit still and observe but Becky uses lots of different techniques to keep the children entertained (even the ones running round like my son). We have both learnt loads of signs that we use at home and been amazing to see him use them to communicate.

Becky is a great teacher who makes each lesson fun for all involved. Plenty of encouragement and support given in all sessions. It's also a great way to meet new mums too!

It is great fun at the same time as you and baby are learning, i have learnt so much i love learning new signs possibly abit more than the baby haha. The songs and interactions are super fun. Highly recommend to all parents and grandparents alike.
V. M.We've been going to Sing and Sign since my daughter was 4 months old and of all the baby groups this is the one she enjoys the most! The songs are catchy and helpful for me to learn the signs, and we end up singing them at home all week. She responds well to me signing and it definitely helps her understand key words and routines. I would highly recommend it!

Using the signs at home have been really useful and help us to communicate better. The classes are really welcoming and friendly and it's been lovely meeting other parents and babies 😊

A. T.With both my children I have attended many different baby groups and classes. This is by far the best and most beneficial class we did. I remember my little boys first sign birdie when he was looking out into the back garden I couldn't believe he had a voice long before he could talk it really is amazing.
V. H.Started my little girl at sing and sign at 6months old and we loved it. The teachers are so helpful and always just a text away to help when you need them. The signing helps when your not quite sure what your little ones want or are saying, a quick sign from them gives you all the answers. My little girl has done 5 terms now and we have enjoyed every lesson. She can't wait to go each week and signs away every lesson without fail. It definitely brought her talking on and by 1 and a half she was talking and signing from the minute she woke up till the minute she went to bed. She is 2 and a half now and we are gutted this term was our last but we are definitely going to carry on signing during the day at home. I would recommend this to anyone wondering wether its worth it, it definitely is. X
C. K.Absolutely amazing classes. I think it's more of a necessity as it gives a way of communicating with baby than you ever thought possible. It's the most loveliest feeling when you realise what your baby is trying to tell you. Making for a lot less frustration. Deffo helped through the toddler years with my son. R. R.We loved our first term at sing and sign! I’ve managed to incorporate lots of the signs into our routines at home and can’t wait for my baby to sign back to me! The course is great, going over signs again and again to make them stick. The facilitators strike the right balance between fun and teaching.
H.Becky is a fantastic teacher. She is so caring and it’s clear she genuinely loves what she does. This class is a great way to learn new things and to communicate with your child. The extra resources you have access to through the website are excellent and a great reminder in between classes. I would highly recommend this class.
