The care and support that Smile and Experience TLC offer is amazing. If you are looking for one to one care for your loved one, contact Smile and Experience TLC, they can offer days out to just relaxing and chatting in the comfort of your own home. Matthew has been supporting my dad for many months, my dad enjoys his company, he looks forward to his visits and his face lights up when he sees him, they’ve had lovely days out and have spent time just passing away a few hours at home. Matthew is so accommodating and caring and Amy and Liz are so supportive to us all. Would highly recommend

TLC came in to our lives at the end of last year and thank you doesn’t seem enough to say as to how much they have done for us . They do exactly as they say , give lots of tender loving care and bring smiles back to a family through some of the most difficult times of our lives. They are passionate, kind, caring and thoughtful and look after my mum who has Alzheimer’s with the dignity and respect she deserves.They take both my mum and dad on trips out and have given them back a social life together at fantastic event at Mossley Hill.Seeing my mum and dad laughing , singing and dancing together warms my heart , very emotional but a total delight to see. I can’t recommend TLC highly enough , when any member of the team is with mum and dad we have total peace of mind that they are in safe capable hands and the worry and stress that we have experienced in the past is totally taken away . Keep up this amazing work TLC and thank you for continuing to make us smile.

TLC have been supporting my elderly parents since Jan 2019 and we think that they're amazing. They are not only concerned with my Dad who has Alzheimers, but also the effect it has on Mum and I as his Carers. They provide support holistically to the three of us. They will do the full range of Carer tasks (driving, shopping, hosehold chores, accompanying to medical appointments, etc). They have a fantastic technical knowledge of the disease. This means that they are excellent at engaging with Dad through songs, reminiscing, etc. They always provide me with written feedback (text or WhatsApp) after a call, which is excellent as neither Mum nor Dad really remember much nowadays. Their hourly rate is amazing value for money. I highly recommend them and commend the excellent work that they do for those with dementia and their families.

TLC offers a personalised service to my mother and support for the family. They provide 1-1 support workers who visit and can help with cleaning, shopping, collection of medications, medical appointments and trips out. TLC makes it that bit more manageable by deploying an effective communication network between carers and family members to ensure that everyone knows what is going on. I would highly recommend this agency.

TLC came into our lives recently. The one to one support they provide for our lovely mum is second to none! The ladies are amazing!!They take her out in the car to familiar places that bring back many memories. Their approach stimulates her mind and most of all, they make her laugh. They keep us updated via “what’s app” and send photos of mum enjoying herself. Mum does forget a lot of things but always remembers her days out with TLC. She talks about it for days afterwards! Thank you all for your ‘tender loving care’.

I bring my mum regularly here and Aimee and her team work tirelessly to keep everyone happy and not to mention the lovely entertainment and makes a big difference to dementia patients local far and wide I would recommend you go along if you have a parent that suffers from this to give them a wonderful time .

Working for a EMI organisation who use the service of these good people I can not speak highly of enough of them! I have several patients on my unit who desperately need the normality that they bring. They truly accommodate for the personality of the person. Sadly not all are lucky enough to have family/Friends or even acquaintances that visit or contribute to their lives. This organisation steps in and provides person centred care for individuals and groups. I have been truly moved on more than one occasion by the personalised, genuine and loving care they give to people who can not comprehend the need they have! They do this with out any thought of self and their only reward is the pleasure the bring to my patients they help and it warms my heart! Thank you!

I have been going to TLC events for a good few months now and the work they do is amazing. I go with residents from work and they really enjoy themselves everytime whether it be the entertainment afternoons at mossly hill or the stables. They go above and beyond to help and nothing is ever too much. 😊
