J. D.My lad (10) has been attending classes since July now. Can't recommend this place enough. The coach's are welcoming, supportive and check the kids understand what they're being taught and how it will help them. Kids that are new to the class soon fit in with what's going on as the general atmosphere and ethos is to support and help each other. Added to this, the level of self confidence I've seen in my lad and the smile on his face after each class, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the MMA Formby to anyone!

The coaches and staff are top level and very welcoming, I love training there and see this gym as a long term commitment, the facilities and cleanliness of the gym is fantastic and to top it off all the people who take part in training at the mma academy are great people and amazing to train with. I couldn’t recommend a better place to start mma.

The classes are well structured and beginner friendly, with a nice atmosphere generated by everyone. I'm delighted that the MMA academy has expanded into Formby and I look forward to continuing my journey!
