I found then to be alittle stern with their attitude. I was in a vulnerable place at the time and needed help not looks of being "not another one " I needed help there and then, but all the young girl did was read off a screen what id been doing for the last week. She asked her supervisor to help, i was told my time was up and she wasn't listening to what i was trying to explain to her, she git me an appointment to speak the someone in this field 4 weeks later. I went ahead and done it my self in the end. I went to the appointment just to here the same time. Not impressed 😏
