Reviews of Fo Guang Shan London Temple
This is the London branch of the Fo Guang Shan Buddhist organisation. On entry, the staff are really friendly, welcoming and help you through the temple to the meditation hall. Which is a nice room for Buddhist devotional practices and a bit of peace and quiet. Sadly, most of the programs are in Mandarin, and you'd need to ask about English programs.
Temple suitable for those believers of Buddhists from traditional Chinese culture background.
Placed between an Anglican Church and a Mormon Hall. London has never been so multicultural...
Xingyun Master is super worth to trust , believe them ! intelligence absolutely.
Extremely helpful volunteers. They made me feel very welcome.
Buddhist Chinese temple with nice shop and enlightened culture.
Got married here! Got invaded by some carollers! Lovely place.
It's one of the most relaxing places in the west must be the monks doing .
Peaceful - recently refurbished with Lottery money (2018)
I hope one day I will come back to visit this temple again.
Good buddhist temple.
So glad I can find a place in London to do my yearly ritual. It is not a typical Buddhist temple you see elsewhere but does all the goods it can.
Good
Really lovely vibe here
I found peace at here!
Amazing temple
Ok
Good
A great discovery!
Fantastic! : )
A solemn Buddhist holy place where the mind can find peace.
Being able to set up a Dharma Dojo here is the greatest blessing for the European people, and it is also the inspiration of Master Hsing Yun's virtue. Amitabha
It doesn't look like a traditional temple. It is smaller and serves fewer gods in the temple. But it is still good for me. We went there during Chinese New Year. They also hold some Buddhist activities.
Warm welcome and very good explanations about the Buddhist religion. Beautiful building.
Peaceful peace. 🙏
This is where I felt true peace of mind for the first time...
A stronghold for promoting Buddhism in Europe.
Friends in the UK should go and say goodbye
great love
Sincerely practice Buddhism
Great
This is now my favourite place in London. Great little Buddhist temple. Nicest people. Great if you are after Buddha wisdom.
After seeing the outside last week and getting fantastic vibes from the place I am going in to have a look this week.
Some places just radiate warmth and happiness and with so much stress and anxiety going on all the time in Soho this seems a very nice place to go and visit
Beautiful soul healing place 🙏🙏🙏
Nice and friendly temple. Like the atmosphere.
A peaceful place worthy to visit and do meditation to calm you self down. The masters and volunteers are very friendly.
