Having never done any kind of martial arts in my life, I was quite nervous to start (especially as a girl) as I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into. It turns out there was nothing to be nervous about - I love it! The atmosphere at the gym is very welcoming and friendly and there's space for everyone to learn, whether you're at the start of your BJJ journey or many years deep.

My 9 year old daughter joined the junior BJJ class here and attends classes 3 times a week. The black belt instructor is fantastic and gets the best out of the kids. A friendly atmosphere in this club at all times. Their junior class is £50 a month for 3 x 45 minute lessons a week with no ongoing commitment so an absolute bargain to boot. Highly recommended for children and adults alike.

Amazing facilities, all areas of the gym always very very clean. Friendly atmosphere with a family vibe. The mat is huge, so you can train in a spacious and safe way. The Black belt instructors are world class and with the timetable of the gym there's no excuse for not going to train. And to add more to your jiu-jitsu bag of skills, the membership includes Muay Thai and Yoga for fighters. My son Ian 7yr trains 3 times per week, he got his first stripe and I can weekly see little by little his progress and not only on the mat, his self confidence, concentration and respect in the house is growing and growing... I'm a practitioner myself, I thought that over 40s was a suicide to join a BJJ academy but I can tell that it's a game changer , I joined to support my son but I felt in love with this martial art... I do believe that the professionalism of the management of the gym takes the experience to another level. The coffee machine is top quality and shop inside the gym provides everything you might need to train. For your trial lesson, wich is free, you can borrow a clean uniform for the session or if you are more enthusiastic like me you can buy one straight away there. I've been a member here for almost two years and I can't speak highly enough of the place. Huge mat, great tuition and friendly atmosphere with 15+ classes a week. I recommend it to everyone, even people who don't do martial arts!

Great club. The teaching is top class and super friendly, whether you are looking to compete, just get fit or are have a hobby. Facilities must be one of the best in London, male and female changing rooms, showers, juice bar, weights and cardio area. Kids classes are excellent, my son really enjoys them and the teaching is safe, well thought out and accommodates all different types of children, irrelevant of ability 👏

Did my first class at Flow BJJ, absolutely loved it! As a female with no previous martial arts experience I was instructed with patience and understanding. The whole facilty, from training areas to changing rooms are clean and well kept. Also, there are pilates & crossfit studios operating on site, if you want to try something other than martial arts!

A great space to train. Well laid out with good facilities, flow has the pick of the bunch. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - with some of the best instructors in UK, a great Pilates Studio, and even it's own gym. Secure bike storage, lockers, and changing facilities. The ideal spot.
