there yoga classes are really good. i participated in morning sessions, normally we don't find yoga class at very minimal price of £3. home cooked food in cafe inhouse is also worth trying if you are in the area.

Theres a restaurant ont he second floor with about 4 tables.The decor here is basic, very basic. They do a set lunch £4 for veg £5 for non veg only mon-fri 12-2.30. You need to bu your ticket at the desk round the corner before you order. Try to get here early thought by 1.30 they were already running out of chapatis. The food is good but not spectacular regular homecooked indian food. If you're in Bounds Green on a weekday check it out.
