Farjana from the employment support team has be valuable for me. As a 27 year old who is looking at entering a new field. For the whole of covid crisis she has helped me make my cv from retail to admin. Given me training to build on my confidence and achievements in a situation where is was hard to gain such tools. I look forward to our meetings she had a clear idea of my vision and accelerates it, she's warm, caring and flexible. I've joined up with a few employment companies but overtime they have been unreachable or too busy which was a big issue for me because I was missing out in opertunitities. Farjana does video calls, whatsapp texts, emails, phone calls and document sharing it's so easy to get touch. A meeting with her has never been a waste of time. I really am grateful for this company for standing next to me during the virus so that I don't give up on my goals. This company has been such a blessing during my troubling times. I personally want to thank Farjana, for everything she has done. She's such a great asset to this company.

First Class Establishment. Helpful And Friendly Staff. Right Near To A Bus Stop And There Are Toilet Facilities Available And There Is Disabled Access Too. As Well As Benefit Advice(Currently Given By Phone Due To Staff Working From Home) They Also Do Courses. Highly Recommended.

I personally go there for advice on council tax, rent,house benefit as well as social services issues. They do help you to fill out forms but it won't be on the day, they will take your details and they will give you an appointment. There are bengali speaking advisors available. If you have any other issues they will provide information on where to go. They do ESOL there as well as various courses. Downside is waiting time as it is first come first served based. I have seen myself people start to come at 7am just waiting to be seen. They only do drop in advice session on Tuesdays. Doors open around 8:50AM-9AM. If you want to be seen, please do come early as it depends on how many advisors are available. Sometimes they can see 15 people on that day or sometimes they can see 8-10.
