Reviews of London Durga Puja - Swiss Cottage Library
The pujo organisation is very helpful and kind. They do a great job every year with the Durga Puja celebration. They have great caterers who serve delicious Indian food, and the pandal is also very beautifully done.
But this year due to covid restrictions there were very long queues, and a lot of waiting period. There is also a rota system, where at one time only a few people can enter, and leave in 30 mins. So after that, others waiting in the queue can enter. So just plan your visit accordingly.
THIS IS THE MOST FANTASTIC PUJA OUTSIDE INDIA AND I AM ALWAYS THERE ACH DAYSO U ALL MUST COME

I have been visiting Camden Pujo for more than a decade now... Every time I am awed by the standard , the hard work the members put in, the standard and diversity of the cultural programs, involvement of our next generation kids.. it's just amazing and outstanding..each year it's better than the last...... It's not easy to keep doing this year after year in a foreign land.... Kudos to Camden Puja for flying the flag of our culture high and setting a standard for us and our kids ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🙏🙏🙏to feel proud about..
The biggest puja of London.
Best Durga Puja in London
Camden London Durga Puja has successfully welcomed HER divine presence and gifted all HER devotees a serene, celestial experience of 'pujo' maintaining all necessary precautions against Covid! Great endeavours, efforts showcased by the Camden puja team ! Received warm welcome from the organisers and came out blessed and delighted with packets of prasad and the ever sumptuous divine Bhog...Jai Maa Durga.
Camden, London Durga Puja 2020 – the one and only destination in London, is celebrating 58th year of Durga Puja this year. Like previous years, London Durgotsav Committee is carrying the mast during this festive season. Camden Durga Puja goes back to 1963 and was the first ever Puja in the entire Europe and United Kingdom. The credit goes to few pioneer dedicated Bengalees and Late Shri Tushar Kanti Ghosh, a renowned name in Bengali Journalism (Jugantar and Amrita Bazar Patrika). My sincerest gratitude goes to the Chairman and General Secretaries of London Durgotsav Committee for organising Durga Puja as seamlessly as possible during such difficult and unprecedented times.
An Indian Festival "Durga Puja" is organised at Camden Center near King's Cross St.Pancras Underground station since the last 54 years marking it as one of the oldest celebration of Durga puja in London. The committee gets the idol from Krishnonagar West Bengal India. Really appreciate the committee for organising such a beautiful puja spread across a span of 5 days followed by cultural events and bhog and this time some goodie bags as well... 😍🙏
London Durgotsav Committee has been instrumental in organising Camden Durga Puja, one of the biggest Hindu festivals in London for 60 glorious years. Durga Puja has been inscribed as an Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) of Humanity by UNESCO in 2021.
Durga Puja is a radiant celebration marking the triumph of good over evil. At Camden we indeed feel proud to uphold and showcase the Bengali culture and heritage to a diverse population here in the United Kingdom.
London’s strength lies in its diversity. Camden Durga Puja is the place where we immerse ourselves in the cultural richness and ethereal ambience, creating unforgettable memories for lifetime and witness how the tapestry of Bengali culture and tradition unfolds in London”.
