d. n.Ive been with Shian since i was about 19 years old i am now 34 still with them and i must say although they are a bit slow with requests the plus side is they engage with families they arrange trips, help with jobsearch and cvs, and even provide information about extra tuition for children! i would prefer shian over the council mainly because they are more personal rather than just another tenant. I have received supported housing initially whilst in shared accommodation and have since then moved to other properties as an independent tenant. They are there to listen to any problems financially and personal and strive to find acurate information about other agencies and organisations that help individuals such as Makeda Weaver project for young offenders.
