I was lucky enough to have been transferred via call over to Ali last year June. I really do appreciate Ali for all his help & expertise til date. We need more people such as Ali in these customer-focused areas of the business & beyond.

I first started at the SDA organisation, where a friend of mine had told me about the Monday afternoon Tai'Chi with Miz the instructor and Ali. I found the class inspirational and very animated with the other members attending. I have continued with the Tai'Chi and Spanish class online.
