After having to undergo a lengthy interrogation by the reception which had no relevance to the reason for my visit, I was eventually given a folder containing some of the information I'd sought and a telephone appointment, which was then changed to a face-to-face meeting.
A friendlier welcome could easily have earned that elusive 5th 🌟.

What can I say about Wimbledon Guild except that if it wasn't for them and their sponsors I would now be sitting in an empty flat with nothing to cook on or have somewhere to keep my food chilled. They have helped me with both the gas cooker and fridge freezer for which I'm extremely grateful for.
Thank You so much for your help and support. Bill Moylan

If at any point in time you get stuck financially, this is a charity that would help with any needs. They are passionate and supportive. They give out food, a token as well as food vouchers , all based on your needs.
The lady I spoke to replied me as soon as she got message and had arrange with someone else to carry on if I came. They are genuine and empathetic.

The Wimbledon Guild offers a wide variety of entertainment for the elderly in SW19 but none is more fun than the singing club with the BigHeart Band every second Wednesday at 11am. Everyone - visitors and staff - join in an hour singing their all time favourite songs!

Come here to play Bridge. Two hours of supervised play for £3, which includes cup of tea & a biscuit.

Mostly used by charity organisations. Which is why interiors and facilities are so outdated. Also no parking for visitors.

(Translated) Wimbledon guild is a source of peace and culture in the group I visit is sophisticated. I don't know the whole building, only one part of it on the third floor on the right, looking from the head of Worple. There are meetings of the Rethink charity organization, which generally helps all people with a history of incomplete mental performance and specifically those with a diagnosis of schizophrenia. Wimbledon Guild is a perfect haven of peace with a kitchen, a large guest room with tables, chairs and artistic interior decoration, as well as a separate silence room. VIP room with only armchairs and round tables. Employees are very understanding, friendly and kind, often praise the management of Wimbledon Guild and happiness to Rethink Charity with permission to use this place. There is parking in the front for several cars and the same in the back. There is an entrance to the back of the building and a bicycle parking lot. I wish you good luck and above all a good mood and a positive attitude to life. Thank you.
