What I love about this place is that it is different as compared to other yoga studios I've visited. It has a strong community feel and offers traditional yoga with a range of different levels wrapped up in mostly 90 min classes. So one can really slow down and get deep into it. Breaks between classes are well spaced out, there is no pressure of vacating the room straight after the class is over. You can hang around and enjoy a chat with fellow students or teachers. Regular weekend workshops or events. Easy to join, friendly pricing. Great atmosphere.

Loving it.
I have tried several kinds of yoga and I have had the opportunity to practice with many teachers in my life, but never before 'yoga in daily life' I had felt such a growing understanding of what yoga truly is. I am far from being an expert but this ashram is a very special place if you are seeking a more spiritual approach to your practice.
The ashram is run by a lovely group of dedicated volunteers and has a unique approach to learning yoga. I am proud to offer some support to such a positive organisation. I have been attending the centre for just over 12 months and it has been a wonderful journey.
Start from the more basic levels and work your way up the ladder, with 8 levels to go, you can be sure to find the right level of challenge. Each teacher has their own individual style and it is interesting to learn from all of them. Courses and monthly memberships are very reasonably priced, and way cheaper than any other yoga studio in the area.

My wife has cured hip and back problems by practising Yoga. This should be prescribed on the NHS to make us a healthier and better society

A lovely place, it feels so warm and welcoming, and the people there are very good, and are often giving their all in way of serving and helping. They also have some lovely events there with visiting Swami's and special concerts and Satsangs.
