From the moment i enter this premises im made to feel i am in good company. Greeted by friendly smiling faces which is always a reassuring experience. The reception staff are all very informative and you get a sense of honesty and the desire to help. As for the subject matter itself, this is a personal and sensitive one that should have been dealt with a long long time ago in the way it was promised but never fulfilled..
