H. R.I really appreciate the hours the management team invested in my training. In my first days with the company, as well as the times when things became more challenging and I took on more responsibility. It is a learning curve for everyone, and some progress faster than others. What management cares about is that you as a person you keep moving forward, because someone who never stops always reaches its goal.

M. V.In my first interview I was given the idea of positive environment. I met a manager that likes to build a strong connections with the team in order to coach them. As I got to know the team a bit better, I got to see what they do on a daily basis and the features of the campaign they were working on. I found the information valuable and it allowed me to understand the opportunity better.
R. N.The training for those in entry-level positions is world-class. I started as an assistant manager and developed to the account manager position quite fast. Of course, I did put in the effort and discipline but I also had great coaches, the tools and the support necessary to succeed.
L. H.The atmosphere in the office is always great, even when small problems occur. People are positive and solution oriented, the manager is really supportive. I can count on my team and I like to think they also consider me to be a reliable person.
J. D.Once broken down, the day to day work is simple and not stressful. What is important is how do we become more efficient and productive and still keep a healthy balance. So we always receive and evaluation of the performance with feedback, as well as a conversation with a mentor to attack the next day with set targets in mind.
