I really appreciate the hours the management team invested in my training. In my first days with the company, as well as the times when things became more challenging and I took on more responsibility. It is a learning curve for everyone, and some progress faster than others. What management cares about is that you as a person you keep moving forward, because someone who never stops always reaches its goal.
J. L.
The team is great, we work hard but we also have loads of fun! I really like spending time with people outside the office. Our managers also encourages socializing so he organizes crew nights out, team breakfasts, business events, networking events and even business trips abroad.

The perfect mix of professional and fun. The team is competitive and we all strive for the best but we also realize that we spend a lot of time together so we make the office also a place where we can engage and have fun and creative activities. Also, we don't lack sense of humour so even challenging days end on a positive note.
M. D.
The people I work with are awesome! I started not long ago and the whole team has been super supportive and welcoming. I love the training, it's exciting and motivating because I get to put in practice what I learn and consolidate all my skills.

I was invited for an interview right after they found my CV on the online databases.
The process informal, so that we could start with a simple conversation and learn more about each other, just like the start of any relationship.
I was invited to spend more time with the team and see for myself how were the culture, the development and career options. Very busy day in itself, but also a joyful team to spend time with.

The atmosphere in the office is great and people are awesome! It just is. I never felt more supported or wanted like I am now. I developed so much in the last period thanks to the training I had with the team, starting my first week.

I really enjoy spending time and training with the people in my team. There's a lot of diversity and different backgrounds so definitly a lot to learn. The manager is really involved in our training and always helps us set goals and achieve them.

The director is very welcoming. Explained a bit more about the company's history and his background when I first met him.
I was impressed by the hardwork of the team, really thought I could be a great addition to the company too. I received quality training and instructions when it came to my role within the company. I always had something to do and regular work.

The best thing about the company are in my opinion, the travel opportunities. I learn by doing and being able to train and interact with teams from the UK and abroad really helps me step up my game. I also use networking as a development tool because I can get feedback from top managers in the country.

It's a positive environment, people are lovely and the manager is really friendly and takes great care of the team. It's like a big familiy but way more fun and productive. The targets and the incentives are really motivating and everyone likes to win so we're pretty competitive when it comes to the weekly challenge.
M. V.
In my first interview I was given the idea of positive environment. I met a manager that likes to build a strong connections with the team in order to coach them. As I got to know the team a bit better, I got to see what they do on a daily basis and the features of the campaign they were working on. I found the information valuable and it allowed me to understand the opportunity better.

The training for those in entry-level positions is world-class. I started as an assistant manager and developed to the account manager position quite fast. Of course, I did put in the effort and discipline but I also had great coaches, the tools and the support necessary to succeed.
L. H.
The atmosphere in the office is always great, even when small problems occur. People are positive and solution oriented, the manager is really supportive. I can count on my team and I like to think they also consider me to be a reliable person.

Once broken down, the day to day work is simple and not stressful. What is important is how do we become more efficient and productive and still keep a healthy balance. So we always receive and evaluation of the performance with feedback, as well as a conversation with a mentor to attack the next day with set targets in mind.
E. P.
The training for the entry level members of the team is really organized and well structured. I really helped me. I managed to learn all key areas of business development and now the manager involves me in the team development process which is pretty exciting.
K. S.
The team is diverse and inclusive. I feel like I'm part of a big family. I love working and training with my team because every day we have an amazing atmosphere and there's something new to learn.

It did take me a few days to get used to the culture. It is very different than the corporate world, so don’t expect silence as you come into the office. The music is playing mildly loud, staff have the freedom to walk around and interact with visitors. Putting effort on making a good impression is valued and recognised.
L. W.
I’m very grateful to my manager for all the support and coaching he offered all this time. It helped me become a better person as well as a better leader to my team. Company culture and growth insure constant team development
G. G.
Good work opportunity for someone career oriented. I was presented with different routes to take and choices regarding the skills I wanted to develop first. The initial induction was in depth and covered a lot about day to day challenges and responsibilities.

Everyday is different! The atmosphere is always filled with positive energy, and the motivational drive that everyone has for themselves as well as each other is just amazing! The CEO, Cyril William's himself is also so passionate about what he does, and always wants the best for every single individual! Ever since I've started here, it has definately helped with personal growth and confidence even further! Would highly reccomend for those who also love to travel!!

A multicultural team with a lot of fresh graduates and other talented individuals. The team is young so there's a lot of energy in the office.
We don't just talk about big goals, we show off too when we hit them.

An amazing opportunities for personal development, growth, training and progression.
As you enter the room every morning there is so much team spirit, excitement and ambition in the air.
A really fast-paced, fun and friendly environment with ongoing crew days, celebrations and opportunities to travel globally!
J. C.
The team is a diverse group of people with different backgrounds. I feel like I belong and can relate. We're close and support each other no matter what. In my opinion, this is how a healthy work environment should be.
E. S.
At the first the company culture was really appealing because of all the social events and night outs. What I did not realise was that they were actually celebrating their hard work. I quickly learned how determined and disciplined the top performers were, and the level of intensity they put into work is the same they put in life in general.
E. P.
I've been working here for just a month now and I'm still very excited to go in every day. The team has been amazing with me, supported me from the start. I love that every day is different, lots of events and new things to learn.
K. S.
We have great team activities because hard work needs to be rewarded. Every friday we have a fun team challenge with bonuses, crew nights, crew breakfasts, business events, travel opportunities and business trips.

I was quite worried when I first started about my lack of experience, so the manager recommended me a few books to read and videos to watch for me to catch up quickly. The most important was to spend time with the top performers, it was easy to learn while hanging out with them.
S. R.
It is really a great opportunity. I have learned a lot and improved my skills. The Managing Director, Cyril is really passionate about the industry, he is a great mentor and is truly passionate about helping all of us!

There are different career opportunities that the company offers, starting by teaching you how to be responsible for the development of another co worker. I didn’t imagine at first that training someone was a more delicate tasks than just teaching them what I knew.
J. G.
I love spending time with my team even outside the office. Sometimes we meet for breakfast to start the day with the best attitude or go on crew night to end the day on a positive note.

A humble director, yet hardworking. It doesn't take credit for other people's work, he actually encourages the team by sharing their success and building up their reputation. Great way to build a bit of professional fame and learn public speaking.
M. P.

There is a minimum of prestige when you work with big clients. The clients the company works with always have some sort of positive impact on people’s lives or the environment around you, so you can always work with pride.
N. C.
I want to thank the management team for the support and understanding they showed from the very beginning. Gave the time I needed to adapt and find a solid ground to build upon. Work moved really quickly from that point.
D. F.
The commute is decent, getting to the office in Manchester is easy and affordable. There’s a fair amount of travelling involved so the role is well suited for people who don’t want to spend too long inside an office.
J. A.
I've been with the company for less than a year and I developed new skills and managed to progress quite fast. I've put a lot of effort, the team is competitive and that always kept the stakes high but it was all worth it.
W. B.
