Entrance and grounds let down by untidy Gardens. Over grown shrubs, climbers hanging over residents windows, unswept driveways, weeds in borders etc.
Not the appearance of a well kept Hospice.
Just my professional opinion, sorry.
m. h. &. g.I honestly cannot find the words for the staff at Francis House, the care for my nephew goes above & beyond.. the staff are amazing people so selfless & caring we are treated amazingly they talk you through anything you ask I honestly cannot thank the staff here enough!!
