Thank you to Bridget, Bailey and the rest of the team for your warm welcome. Everyone was entertaining, helpful and accommodating. It’s a cosy location. Though we were filming at the time, on our break, the match was on the screen (bonus points!) I can definitely see it being a great place to go, have a drink and a bite.

A lovely friendly club with an attached hall which can be hired at a reasonable price.

It's a great place with a friendly atmosphere all ages welcome. Wholesome real vibe. Land lady and staff friendly also. They do stuff like raffles BBQs and alsorts. They have over 5 dart boards and a 50p pool table. They have many packs of cards and the beer is cheap. Great place. Lots of room and great system for social distancing of needed. Also has a disabled toilet and ramp access. 100% would go again. Jim.

Attended a family function at the site. Plenty of space for the function, bar staff quick to serve drinks which are competitively priced. Toilets clean an well kept. All in all an ok place to have a drink and enjoy youself with friends and family.

Lovely place for the kids Pool table in the lounge so if there is a party of other function you can still play pool.. Also bingo is really good on a Sunday

Great atmosphere for a typical working men's club

It's a really historic grand old working men's club . And a real shame to see it diying slowly. This place and the Top club used to be so busy you had to wait 2 - 3 years for membership and have to know a member and be voted in and apparently at 530 on a Friday could take you 10 mins to get to the bar just walking through the packed place. But now you dont really need to be a member they are just gratful for the custom. So if you like a warm and freindly place who serve drinks at almost Tescos prices go along. I will be honest it dosent have mutch of a atmosphere but you can bring it with a few freinds. They can't take cards the moment So cash only .
