S. A. S.This place literally did and does save my life. I came to Newcastle with nothing, they gave me hot food, warm clothes, a sleeping bag and ordered me things I did not have that they didn't have there which I picked up soon after. Because of these people I do not have to worry that I will not have a hot meal on any day. But it is more than that they offer, I suffer from many mental illnesses and they are always there. I have called before and told them I'm feeling bad and they have talked me through what I have to do to ease the situation such as contacting services or doing my yoga etc. But if you wonder where good people are these days, visit here, you will see the best.

N. H.far too many people using it who arnt homeless 7 days a week refering to kitchens in general in newcastle from what i have seen are over using it pure greed real homeless people would be too vunerable to go to these due to the bullying and threatening people that use them

WHAT AN UNTRUE STATEMENT.
Everybody is served in turn, and staff do not turn a blind eye to any problems
In my 4 years working as a volunteer.........,,there are no outright bullies.......they would be barred if they were bullying people. Get your facts right. You sound very bitter to me
