B.I am so thankful to everyone here, there are a few workers here whom are amazing. I don't want to name names as it could make them uncomfortable. But this place and the people in it have genuinely help me kick my wine habit, the person who is helping me has opened so many other doors to make sure I look after myself, it's a brilliant place the staff all seem lovely and the building inside is well put together colourful you can see the hearts of people there! You really can. I never once felt uncomfortable there and they know what they are doing. Very passionate about their work and want to see people grow. They have time energy and the knowledge, I would go here if ever you need help with any addiction. Even if it's jyst 4 bottles of wine a week.

They didn't judge me and was able to signpost me to other agencies that can support me with housing etc., Sarah my worker is an absolute diamond, she helped with forms and advice, she accompanied me for tests and encourages my sobriety. Rob on reception is another top star who always encourages me. Fantastic service that Newport is cryingout for given the current climate on the war against drugs
