Great resource centre for women on the iow. Make friends, do crafts, use a computer if you don't have one at home, tea and coffee facilities, as well as therapeutic courses for people who have had difficulties in life. Pop in to register and then all the courses and activities like yoga, sound bath, massage and even haircuts are free at point of use. Women only space focused on empowerment and self-actualisation. Friendly staff. Welcoming atmosphere, kids welcomed too.
