C. B.Friendly group of runners who support you to improve your performance. You need to be able to run at least 5 miles and mapped runs cater for a variety of lengths and abilities. I am 60 and only started running 3 years ago. I want to eventually run a marathon and need that extra motivation esp during dark winter evenings to put those trainers on and hit the tarmac. Road runners allow you to ‘try before you buy’ and I am really glad I had a go and now have joined the group.
