Amazing morning at the Elgar centre.
It was a lovely morning. Welcomed at the door by a friendly smiling gentleman. Served by the amazing ladies. The cake WOW it was beautiful tasty and I wanted one of each, came away with some for the family.
With attending this coffee morning it’s given me and my friend the idea to hold our own for our mummy and baby group.
We are looking forward to planning and doing it along side The Lewis foundation.
So thank you for our lovely morning and all being so welcoming and friendly

Wonderful charity supporting adults going through cancer treatment. Took part in their "Water Dash" fundraising event which was well organised, well attended, brilliant fun and most importantly raising valuable money and awareness for the charity. I hope it becomes an annual event and look forward to continuing to support this amazing charity again in future.

I was given the gift pack during chemotherapy treatment at Northampton General Hospital. I had chemo last December until February of this year. The gift packs really do help. I had the magazine pack which helped pass the time quicker during chemo treatment. The boiled sweets help too when you get a really dry mouth! The Lewis Foundation really are a credit to all going through Chemotherapy, they work tirelessly and I appreciate everything they do, thankyou.

I think the Lewis Foundation are amazing. My husband had cancer and had a really gruelling chemotherapy schedule. We naturally didn’t know that the charity existed until he was receiving treatment. He used to get the packs at every session and utilised a variety of them. I remember Christmas week and things weren’t looking good for him and we were sitting doing a Christmas puzzle from a pack and laughing over our answers and it was little joy in such a difficult time. My husband was also admitted to the Talbot Butler ward with an infection on a Friday and he spoke very highly of a man who came around and visited the patients that evening and it transpired that it was Lee Lewis. He said how lovely and genuine he was and so gracious to give his time up and just a nice guy. Such a selfless charity, full of hard workers but what stands out is the difference they want to make to peoples experiences because they themselves experienced it first hand so they actually understand. It’s a charity so close to our hearts ♥️

The care packs from the lewis foundation are absolutely amazing. To have something to take your mind of the treatment and the worry is great. I was lucky enough to not have a pack due to being admitted and I only had them on my chemo days. I also had letter in one pack and it was so lovely.
Thank you doesn't seem enough, but you are all amazing!!

The Lewis Foundation makes such a difference to those living with cancer and who are undergoing treatment in hospital.
The charity's founders Lorraine and Lee Lewis are the most dedicated and committed individuals, and their selfless work to provide free gift packs to patients all over the Midlands is truly inspiring. They bring comfort and happiness to people at a difficult time, and it is a
privilege to be able to support them.

My husband was on Talbot butler twice. He loved the sweets gift pack. I used to love the hand written notes in the pack from people just writing about their day. One note made my mum cry. Such a lovely idea.

The care packs really helped not just my husband but us as a family , our boys played games with daddy , I sat and stiched whilst he was having chemo & he enjoyed a different pack each week, it would make him smile so much . Its not just a care / gift pack its so much more than that, it's the love and thoughtfulness, it's the conversation whilst choosing it and the dedicated time & effort.we will be forever greatful to The Lewis Foundation ❤️

I recieved a lovely pack when I had my first chemo, I was terrified as I had an allergic reaction so the care pack really cheared me up, It had a Lewis foundation mug with hot chocolate sachets an eye mask and ear plugs, I recieved another one a few rounds later with magazines, thank you so much for them ❤️

I was gifted a " The lewis foundation"rehydration pack by Milton Keynes Cancer car unit, by a specialist nurse. I was quite taken back when I opened it as there was a Christmas card, from a total stranger to me, Mauian, that got me pretty chocked up as the chemo was going in to my arm. It was such a beautiful gesture at a very overwhelming time for me, been on my own thought treatment due to covid. Also the little pack of sweets, took me back to when my grandmother would give us these in the back of grandad van on route to Cornwall, all those years ago (Chocolate limes). And the little water bottle with tiny squash STIX add to water, little drink mix was much needed for hydration. It was much needed. Thank you Lewis Trust for caring X❤X

Great initiative at Northampton General Hospital. The Wordsearch gift gave mum something to do during the long wait to be seen. Thank you...
