Reviews of Able2B
What a place . Having a son with Learning difficulties and Autism I always knew that going to a Gym would be very stressful for him with little or no interaction . Able2B changed that , from the moment Frank went in there he was at ease … the staff are truly amazing and have such a vast understanding. From the moment I contacted them via email the communication has been amazing . So looking forward to him most importantly enjoying it .. and also getting fit .
This is the best place in Norfolk if you have a disability. The centre is run by very professional, motivated staff. Sessions run by Jon Thaxton (ex world champion boxer). There are specialist physiotherapists and PT instructors.
Don't hesitate in giving these guys an email, if you want to get fit or simply want some exercise, every disability is catered for. From the most severe disabilities to a mild condition.
My fiancee has started walking independently since having one to one session with Jon. She has had Multiple Sclerosis since 2008 and her legs had started to give up, but Jon has worked her really hard and the improvements in her mobility is unbelievable. Get in touch today.
