R. H.The Norfolk Broads are wonderful and the BA on the whole do a good job of managing them, in particular individual members of staff are fantastic. 4*s instead of 5*s because they insist on calling The Broads a National Park... it's not.
D. H.Just wanted to say that once again the staff at Yare House pulled all the stops today to get my toll & permit processed, to enable me to get on the water this weekend….Brilliant…credit where credit is due.

M. G.Place was good. You need almost complete day if you need to cover places. Online booking is preferred as you might not get a boat on spot booking but can try luck if plan is not fixed. Time well spent in group and would be preferable to go with group of people to have a good chat and ride so that you can drive one by one since sometime it get boring to drive at a speed limit of 6mile per hour max and sometimes is can go low to 4-5 miles per hour
