I received an amazing service from British Red Cross - equipment ordered by Nottingham City Care delivered quickly and City Hospital order delivered on the same day as ordered by them. Mark was helpful and friendly and went out of his way to help get the equipment for my Mum to us. Thank you so much you have been an absolute life line in keeping mum at home.

People need to know more about this place so they can take things back to the red cross if you wait for a collection you can wait up to 8 weeks and that's not fair if you've lost a relative.
