j. c.Boxing classes monday, tuesday, Wednesday and friday 10am and 6pm Thursday at 10am . Best boxing class around for all kind of levels amazing bunch of people and world class coaching. You wont find a better gym in Nottingham! You can find them on Facebook. DCT academy or the coach demolition man.
