N. S.A tenant for a few years, the staff are lovely and my repairs are always dealt with promptly. The contractors are always cheerful and caring and very respectful. The only issue I have is Parking, no room for parking when contractors are arriving . Bearing in mind that many residents are elderly or need carers there are always parking issues. Ambulances have issues all the time, at times parking on the road blocking traffic, emergency services will have no chance in the day if there are contractors using
the car park This issue needs to be adressed.
I and other residents have complained but to no avail. Its an on going issues for many years. NCHA please sort this out.
M. B.I've been a tenant with NCHA for over 12 years now and have always found them very approachable about any issue. I have had a few over the years and they have always been sensitive about any situation.
Update- called them tonight due to winds making my fence unsafe as live near a road and school run and was worried about safety. There is a gentleman out there now making it safe! So impressed
